What is the next Step?
Once you have submitted your proposal, you can expect a confirmation that your proposal has been received. The proposal evaluation period is expected to take up to 60 days while the Evaluation Committee, asks any clarification questions from the RFP Respondents and evaluates the submissions.
Depending on the RFP responses, during the evaluation period, and subject to the Evaluation Committee feedback, there may be an RFP Shortlist where you will be asked to present a summary of your proposal and take any questions form the committee. If there is an RFP Shortlist, instructions for this part of the evaluation process will be described in the RFP Shortlist notice that is sent by email to those involved.
At the end of the Evaluation Period, and subject to the quality of the proposals, a selection will be made, and a notification will be sent to that person or team. If they accept the project award at that time, all others who have submitted a proposal will be notified of the selected person or team.
Following this, a news post will be issued on the IamCree.ca website and the project will be moved into the Projects Underway part of the website where periodic updates will be provided from time to time until the project is completed.
When the project is completed, the deliverables of the project, “Our TLE Journey” will be made available to the Chapleau Cree Community in the way that was proposed by the successful proponent.
Please note that if the submissions to the RFP are not deemed to be of sufficient quality and benefit to the community, the Trust is under no obligation to deploy the RFP budget; those funds will just be held in the Trust for future projects.
